Gerald Weissmann, Ellison Medical Foundation Scientific Advisory Board member, will give the opening plenary Paul Klemperer lecture, "The Mechanisms of Action of Aspirin," at the annual meeting of the
American College of Rheumatology in San Francisco on November 10, 2001. This honor is given in recognition of lifetime achievement in rheumatology.
